We are setting up a walking group at the Hub, for anyone and everyone - families, friends, pets and more.
Suggested plan would be to meet fortnightly on Sunday mornings through the winter and go for a walk together in and around Gilvenbank Park and other suggested locations. Relax with cuppa, biccies and chat at the Hub afterwards too!

We are starting up a chair based exercise club at the Hub, every Tuesday from 11:00 to 11:30, followed with a cuppa and a catch-up.
These will be held at the Glenrothes Community Sports & Health Hub (Gilvenbank Park, Pitcoudie Avenue, Glenrothes KY7 6SU) and cost £1.50 per session.

We are acutely aware that there is no street lighting around the Hub and car park which makes access for people attending the Hub at night difficult.
Discussions are ongoing to see what can be done about this, but to help in the meantime we have purchased rechargeable floodlights to light up the path leading to the clubhouse.

We were grateful to recently receive grant funding to enhance our activities provision at the Hub. Based on feedback from many of users we have put it towards buying a convertible pool and air hockey table.
