Nic Krzyzanowski

Nic (or Cheezy in cricketing circles) is the Head of Junior Cricket at Glenrothes Gladiators and as well sitting on the Hub Board also provides voluntary support across a number of activities for the Hub. As well as providing encouragement, direction and support to young cricketers, Nic is a firm believer in embedding “volunteerism” as a core principle of whole-club thinking and with partnership working through collaborating with other clubs and organisations to improve sporting provisions for all. He also places a very strong focus on governance, through ensuring appropriate structures and frameworks are in place to help manage the clubs activities.
